I'm Rejoice Thomas known as Itzslayquin "Fendi" a student of Nuhu Bamali Polithenic Zaria, ND2 student (a final year student) studying computer science.
Interviewer: Good, how do you come about ur music skillz???
Fendi: I came about my music skills since way back 2008 and then I was so young, so I told myself that I wasn't gonna do music but music keeps hunting me. I couldn't resist writing songs. So I actually discovered my music in writing songs and my voice.
Interviewer: So how do you feel when recording ur first song???
Fendi: I was scared. I remembered rehear-zing late at night countless times because I was gonna record with my former label mates. Yeah, I was very excited and scared too.
Interviewer: What was ur family's reaction when they heard you started music???
Fendi: They were all surprised about it because I only did the dancing part of entertainment.
Interviewer: Wow! great hope you will teach me someday. How do you come about ur stage name???
Fendi: The name "Fendi" is derived from the word friend since my name is Rejoice I took out the "R" in friend and then I rearranged it to "Fendi" that is bringing back to the back of "D"
Interviewer: How do you go about with studio charges???
Fendi: Mostly I ask my parents for it.
Interviewer: Good, so what are some of ur challenges???
Fendi: My biggest challenge is having a good record label, I think having that One will cover all.
Interviewer: Thats nice, all the best, You earlier said former label for how long have you work with them???
Fendi: Approximately one year.
Interviewer: If you have the opportunity to work with one of the best crew what will be ur plans towards the development of the crew (label)???
Fendi: I will make sure I write good songs.
Interviewer: What are some of the things that you want to achieve in two to three years to come???
Fendi: Ok, I want to be able to make my music reach out to the world. And to be able to have my own record label.
Interviewer: What is your advice to fellow artists???
Fendi: They should focus all what they do, they should respect one another and lastly be honest.
