PSE: EXCLUSIVE MEDIA INTERVIEW WITH CANNON SA

Im Cannon SA real name Khulekani Mncwango (26). An artist (rapper/vocalist). Radio Presenter on Inanda 88.4Fm, the community radio station from KZN in South Africa. A clothing label founder, I dropped my 1st song in 2014 and the was called "African Queen" Ft. King Joe. And that was my 1st song.

Interviewer: Wow! thats great, How do U come about ur Music Career???
Cannon SA: I grew up in a musical home... I was a Co-lead singer in a Church Choir and thats where I developed love for music... But fell in love with hip hop more but I still Sing Church.

Interviewer: Interesting, how was ur first day in studio???
Cannon SA: It was bad, I was scarced, shy. Couldn't even blend with the beat... Didn't know much about music all I wanted was to record on a so called beat. But I grew & improved every month

Interviewer: All de best, What are the achievement U made so far???
Cannon SA: I've got to get a chance to have my track being produced by "YBK" one of our SA celebs.

            #And was nominated on Intando Yesizwe awards
           #Made it to 2 in SA (durben) on Reverb nation websites
           #My song "African Queen" made it to the top 30 radio chart.

Interviewer: Do you work with a label???

Cannon SA: Nop, im not signed yet & still under self management.

Interviewer: How do U cop with the studio charges???

Cannon SA: Very well im learning so much in music and im ready to share tge knowledge.

Interviewer: What are some of the challenges that ur facing???

Cannon SA: Finance problems since im managing myself.. get my good music to be played on national radio stations, thats all.

Interviewer: In five years to come what are some of the things u want to achieve in ur music career???

Cannon SA: I wanna make sure in 5years to come the whole Africa have heard my music and be signed and still be building up my music brand for tge whole world.

Interviewer: So what is ur piece of advice to other artists out there???

Cannon SA: My advice is "never give on what you believe in" everybody has a dream and things to achieve, they must never let anyone tell them that they can't achieve.

Interviewer: Why is it that there is much competition/beef in ur genre of music???

Cannon SA: Competition is everywhere and sometimes in hip hop it fuels the beef... Beef is part of, it has been there from way back!!!!!!
